The Circles in Dance is about how one finds circular moves in most forms of dance.
We dance in simple ways, and as a participant you do not have to be experienced in dance, you should however like to move. If you are used to normal physical activity this is
okay, but count on becoming a little warm. The session is just as much a little mental exercise as well, but I will not teach a specific dance-technique.
Required is soft training clothing and a bottle of water.
