M STUDIO announces an open call for Management Fusion

M Studio is pleased to announce an international OPEN CALL for participation in Management Fusion, organized within the framework of the dancEUA project, co-funded by the European Union.
Management Fusion is a program series aimed at building an international network and enhancing the professional knowledge of cultural managers, dance professionals, dancers, and choreographers.
The program consists of three main components:
1. OFFLINE WORKSHOP
15–22 June 2026, Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania
(15 June – arrival, 16–21 June – workshop days, 22 June – departure)
The offline workshop will take place at M Studio’s headquarters in Sfântu Gheorghe. It offers participants the opportunity to engage with the fundamentals of cultural management, both in theory and practice.
The workshop aims to establish a shared knowledge base and foster meaningful professional connections that contribute to building a sustainable international network.
The workshop will run in parallel with UA Platform, a 5-day festival organized by M Studio, featuring five contemporary dance performances from Ukraine.
2. ONLINE MASTERCLASSES
A series of 10 online masterclasses will be held between September and December 2026.
These sessions will provide participants with in-depth professional and practical knowledge in areas such as: cultural management, production of dance performances, funding opportunities, touring, international collaboration, management strategies.
3. JOB SHADOWING
On-site or online practical sessions with one of the project’s partner organisations
All participants of the Management Fusion program will have the opportunity to take part in job shadowing, either on-site or
online.
This component allows participants to apply the knowledge acquired during the workshops in a practical context, through collaboration with one of the project’s partner organisations.

English is the official working language of the program and will be used throughout all activities and communication.
Who is Management Fusion for?
Cultural professionals working in the field of contemporary dance, including:
- dancers
- choreographers
- cultural managers
- producers
Applicants must be based in one of the partner countries: Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Sweden, or Ukraine.
What do we provide?
- Travel costs for the offline workshop
- Accommodation for 7 nights (please note that accommodation may be in shared twin rooms)
- Access to all UAPlatform performances
- Participation fee: 500 EUR gross

Participants will be selected by the project partners involved in the dancEUA project (2 participants per country). During the selection process, partners may contact applicants for clarification or additional information
