About the Position
Vitlycke – Centre for Performing Arts (Vitlycke-CPA) is currently seeking a temporary producer (with the possibility of extension) to join our team. This is a key role with primary responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of projects and activities within our organization.

About Vitlycke – Centre for Performing Arts
Vitlycke-CPA is an international platform for contemporary performing arts located in Tanumshede, Sweden. Founded in 2012 by choreographer Francesco Scavetta, we offer a space for artistic development and residencies for artists, choreographers, and dance companies from around the world.
Our facilities include two studios—one of which houses a fully equipped stage for performances, workshops, showings, and public events. We regularly present both Swedish and international artists across dance, film, and music, and we organize the biannual international performing arts festival HERE:.
Vitlycke-CPA is deeply embedded in the international performing arts scene and is currently involved in several European and international collaboration projects.

Role Description
As Producer at Vitlycke-CPA, you will be responsible for:
Planning, coordination, and implementation of artistic residencies and touring performances
Managing workshops, international collaborations, and EU-funded projects (including Erasmus+ and Creative Europe)
Writing grant applications, open calls, and preparing contracts
Leading and following up on ongoing projects and partnerships
Collaborating closely with the Artistic Directors while also working independently and proactively
You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously, so strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
A relevant educational background in cultural project management or production (or equivalent work experience)
Previous experience in the performing arts sector (highly valued)
Experience with EU funding applications and project coordination (especially Erasmus+ or Creative Europe)
Strong communication skills – ideally, you’ve written press releases or handled public communications
Knowledge of Adobe programs like InDesign is a plus
A proactive mindset and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time (100%) or part-time by agreement
Start Date: February 9, 2026, or by agreement
Contract Period: Until April 1, 2027 (with possibility of extension)
Location: Partly remote. You don’t need to live in Tanumshede, but we expect you to work on-site at Vitlycke-CPA several times a month and during events. Overnight accommodation is available when working on-site.
