OPEN CALL: Dance Communication Lab @ Bunker, Ljubljana

As part of Beyond Front (use the tag to the facebook page), Bunker (Slovenia) is hosting a Dance Communication Lab (DCL) during the Mladi levi Festival 2025.

What is DCL- Dance Communication Lab?
A 3-day artistic exchange for 6 professional dancers (one from each partner country) focused on improvisation as a creative and communicative tool.
Led by acclaimed Slovene choreographer Andreja Podrzavnik, the lab will culminate in a public performance—which could take any form: indoors, outdoors, or even in motion (walking, site-specific etc).

25.8 – Arrival
26–28.8 – Creative process & final presentation with audience discussion
29.8 – Departure

Who can apply?
Professional dancers from Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Romania, or Sweden
With stage experience
With a submitted CV, short bio (100 words), and video work

We offer:
Accommodation (4 nights)
3 meals per day
Free access to festival performances
Travel costs (covered by your national Beyond Front@ partner)
A fee of €150 gross (also covered by the partner organization)
