Vitlycke – CPA is announcing four residencies for contemporary dance and performing arts productions in 2025. The residency offers rehearsal space in the large or small studio, accommodation and travel allowance for local travel up to 2500 SEK. The application deadline is Sunday, April 6, 2025.
When and where?
We offer four residencies:
Residence I (April 28 – May 10): Small studio
Residence II (July 21 – August 3): Small studio
Residence IV (August 4 – August 17): Small studio
Residence III (August 4 – August 10): Large studio
Our small studio of 87m2 is suitable for smaller performing arts productions. The large studio at Vitlycke-CPA is a 227m2 black box studio that is suitable for larger productions.

Who can apply?
Vitlycke-CPA’s Open Call for Artist in Residence is aimed at dancers, choreographers and dance companies from Sweden or active in Sweden who wish to create a new work or further develop a previous dance or performing arts performance.
Practical information
The residency includes:
Rehearsal space in the small studio (incl. Accommodation for up to 2 people) or
Rehearsal space in the large studio (incl. Accommodation for up to 4 people)
+ a travel allowance per residency for local travel in Sweden of up to SEK 2500. Technical support is not included.

Notification of which productions have been selected for Residency I will be announced on April 11, while the results for Residencies II, III and IV will be announced no later than June 13.
