Das Berliner Requiem is a scenic beach shed at Vitlycke Center for Performing Arts. A cross-cutting art fields performance with interactive audio, text and film projections. A contemporary chic Berlin’s portrait where sequences, moments, meetings and concrete names from deported Berlin residents build an audiovisual web.
The work thematises “a story within a story” and “the other”. The work continues a site-specific project that took place in the former factory Agora Collective in Neukölln, Berlin.
