For the first time Vitlycke – CPA guests a literary residency! During this four-weeks-long residency writer Bella Batistini will work on some new literary works.
The residency is part of AIR Litteratur Plats och Kultur residency program, organized in collaboration with Förvaltningen för kulturutveckling in Västra Götaland.

Bella Batistini made a debute in 2019 with ”Mata duvorna”, a collection of poems about incarceration and repression. “Mata duvorna” was nominated for Borås Tidnings Debutantpris.
In August 2021 came the new collection of poems called “Stamina” which follows in the footsteps of the “Mata duvorna”. “Stamina” is a text about prisons and fear. It is a mourning poem about what has been lost.
Other creative work by Batistini includes flyers, fanzines, letters and collective texts.
