A residency to film and create a film.

Susanne Svantesson is freelance dancer, choreographer, dance teacher and filmmaker. Susanne has worked since the mid-1980s with leading modern-dance choreographers such as, among others: Vindhäxor, Per Jonsson, Birgitta Egerbladh, Susanne Jaresand, Greta Lindholm, Reich & Szyber. Susanne has created 15 own works and participated in a variety of collaborative performative projects.
As a filmmaker, she has made the films “The King of Herrvik”, “Nacka Finmekaniska Verkstad and the story of two brothers” as well as “Men as Dancer”.

Vanessa McIntosh is from Australia where she started her dance career in 1972. In the mid-1980s, Vanessa came to Sweden to work with the Cullberg Ballet, where choreographers like Mats Ek, Per Jonsson, Christopher Bruce, Jiri Kilian, Ohad Naharin and William Forsythe were active. Vanessa has also made costumes and design for performances as UBILOZ VANILLA by Stijn Celis, SUB ROSA by Carolyn Carlsson and to many productions with freelance choreographers such as Natalie Ruiz and Philip Blanchard. Retired from the Cullberg Ballet at the end of 1997. Vanessa is now active as sailmakers. She also works with costume / design, painting, web design and film.
