Vitlycke dedicates time to projects focusing on training and education, especially targeting young professionals and emerging talents. Vitlycke organises workshops for professional dancers, and performers, and masterclasses for non-professional local participants interested in discovering more about dance and physical work. It hosts multi disciplinary seminars with a focus on sharing knowledge and fostering creativity, through collaborations between artists, teachers and performers coming from different fields of performing arts.

Mobility between countries is an important part of the educational program at Vitlycke. For workshops, it often collaborates with organisation such as Danscentrum Stockholm, Danscentrum Väst, Kultur i Väst and Dansallianse.
